Principle of liquefied petroleum gas cylinder
Liquefied petroleum gas cylinder is a steel container used for storing liquefied petroleum gas. After compressing gas to high pressure, it undergoes a phase transition and becomes liquid. According to this principle, liquid gas can be compressed more tightly, thereby storing more gas in relatively smaller containers. Liquefied gas cylinders also work according to this principle: they can compress gas into liquid and store it in the bottle. When gas is needed, the compressed liquefied gas is released by adjusting the cylinder valve and converted into gas for use.

Method of using liquefied petroleum gas cylinders
Proper handling of steel cylinders: Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders are high-pressure containers, so they should be carefully inspected for damage or leakage before use. When transporting steel cylinders, be careful to avoid collisions or vibrations to prevent the cylinder from breaking.
Correctly connect the cylinder valve: When using liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, the first step is to connect the cylinder valve. It should be noted that a specialized wrench or wrench set must be used when connecting the bottle valve, and the valve should be checked for closure and leakage before use to avoid danger.
Using gas appliances: After connecting the cylinder valve, you can use your own gas appliance or stove to use liquefied gas. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the gas appliance is functioning properly to avoid safety issues such as gas leaks.
Close the bottle valve: After use, the bottle valve should be closed to release the remaining gas in the bottle and avoid danger caused by compressed gas remaining in the bottle.
Precautions for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders
Avoid high temperatures: Liquefied gas can become extremely unstable and even explode at high temperatures. Therefore, high temperatures should be avoided during storage and use.
Do not use beyond the expiration date: Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders can generally be used for 10 years, and should be replaced after the expiration date.
Avoid vibration: Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders should avoid collisions and vibrations to prevent leakage of liquefied gas inside the cylinder.
Professional personnel are required to operate: Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders should be inspected or maintained by professionals to avoid safety hazards caused by improper operation.
Avoid long-term storage: Liquefied petroleum gas cylinders that have been stored for a long time should be checked regularly and stored for too long.
The application fields of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders are very extensive. In the civilian sector, liquefied petroleum gas is an important energy source for household cooking, boiling water, heating, and other purposes. In terms of industrial applications, liquefied petroleum gas is widely used in processes such as drying, shaping, foaming, melting metals, and baking. In addition, liquefied petroleum gas is also suitable for baking, heating, and ripening in agricultural production.
